Role Overview:
We are hiring 45 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. As an SDR, youll be the first point of contact for potential clients, bridging marketing-generated interest to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on business needs and decision-making authority.
- Schedule discovery/demo meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and target accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, Communications preferred).
- 13 years experience in sales, business development, tele-sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, organized, and resilient.
