Job Description
What were looking for:
- 2+ years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Proven record of booking qualified meetings consistently
- Bonus if youve prospected into CFOs or CHROs before
What youll own:
- Prospecting: Cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach
- Qualification: Identify prospect pain points, assess fit, and book discovery calls
- Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs
- Target: 6 qualified meetings per week
- ICP: CFO and CHRO
- Product: Employee Benefit + Dynamic Payroll
- Market: India
