Job Description
- List Building: Conduct extensive research to identify high-potential prospects across India and international markets (US, UK, MEA, etc.).
- Data Enrichment: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator , ZoomInfo, or Apollo to find verified contact details (emails and direct dials).
- Market Mapping: Segment prospects by industry, company size, and "pain points" to ensure personalized outreach.
- Cold Calling: Execute daily outbound calls to introduce our solutions and book discovery meetings or close deals.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage automated email sequences (drip campaigns) that feel personal and professional.
- LinkedIn Prospecting: Send tailored connection requests and InMails to decision-makers to build a professional network.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a "clean" CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) by logging every interaction, call, and email.
- Lead Scoring: Categorize leads based on their level of interest and engagement to prioritize follow-ups.
- Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, response rates, and meeting-set ratios.
I recommend adding these to ensure the candidate doesn't just "find leads" but actually "optimizes" your sales.
- A/B Testing: Constantly test different email subject lines and call scripts to see what resonates best with Indian vs. International clients.
- Objection Handling Playbook: Create and update a document that lists common prospect "no's" and the best rebuttals to overcome them.
- Content Collaboration: Feed insights from sales calls back to the marketing team to help them create better brochures or case studies.
- Video Prospecting: Use tools like Loom or Vidyard to send short, personalized video pitches to high-value "Tier 1" prospects.
- Competitor Monitoring: Keep a pulse on what competitors are offering and use that intelligence to pivot your pitch in real-time.
- Experience: 1 years in B2B sales or Lead Generation (Global experience preferred).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and at least one major CRM .
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (must be able to navigate different accents and business cultures).
- Mindset: Highly resilient, "hunter" mentality, and a self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision.
