Required Skillsets & Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Any Bachelors' relevant Degree (MBA - Not considered for freshers)
  • Market Research, source, and make initial connections.
  • Proficiency in collecting accurate data.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, internal staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication with good interpersonal skills.
  • Business knowledge and data reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, Quick learner, and Innovative person.


Core Competencies

  • Lead generation & market research (USA, UK, Australia).
  • Identifying decision-makers & high-revenue companies.
  • CRM & database management (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Fresh Sales).
  • Email outreach, and enterprise prospecting.
  • Experience as SDR, BDR, or in sales/closing roles.


What Youll Work On

  • Generate leads, fix appointments, and manage sales pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM & Excel.
  • Research target clients & identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly qualified leads quota.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve demand-generation processes.
