Role Overview:
We are looking for ambitious, high-energy individuals to join our sales team. This role is designed for results-oriented professionals who are ready to drive revenue in the high-growth AI sector. You will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation and will receive direct mentorship on the latest sales tools and AI technologies.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a high-impact position responsible for driving sales for Neurogent.ai. This is a hunter role involving outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. The ideal candidate is resilient, articulate, and driven by performance-based targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads with a focus on speed-to-lead and conversion rates (Website, LinkedIn, referrals).
- Execute outbound prospecting via cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify new business opportunities.
- Strategic Research: Identify high-potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools.
- Pipeline Management: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and demos for the senior leadership team.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot / Notion.
- Follow-up: Execute relentless follow-ups to ensure leads move through the funnel effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as Sales Development Representative for US or Middle East Market
- Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume calling and persistent in follow-ups despite rejection.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be able to articulate complex business value clearly to decision-makers.
- Coachability: A strong desire to learn B2B sales methodologies and AI technologies.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic CRM concepts is a plus.
- Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
