Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Development Representative.


The role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. The primary responsibility is to build repeatable top-of-funnel momentum and accelerate pipeline creation. This is a high-ownership role that combines structured prospecting, strong outbound execution, and lightweight RevOps discipline to ensure leads are captured, followed up, and progressed with a consistent operating rhythm.

Qualifications

Required Experience

14 years of experience in SDR/BDR (or equivalent outbound-focused role), ideally in B2B SaaS.

Demonstrated track record of booking qualified meetings and improving outbound performance over time.

Hands-on experience with prospecting databases and CRMs (HubSpot, Apollo, SignalHire, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Sprouts, or equivalents).

Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment.

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


Required Skills & Attributes

Prospecting expertise: Comfortable with intent signals, keyword research, and de-anonymization approaches.

Outbound execution: Strong ICP understanding, ability to learn tech/product quickly, and comfort tailoring outreach by geography/segment.

RevOps basics: Process discipline, CRM hygiene, and consistent follow-ups.

Clear communicator (written + verbal); can synthesize product value into crisp outreach.

Process-driven; can run structured experiments and document learnings.

Strong judgment: knows what "quality" looks like in targets, messaging, and qualification.

High ownership and reliabilitydoesn't let leads or tasks slip.

Highly motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in AI SaaS companies.

Industry exposure in retail, e-commerce, logistics, finance, insurance, healthcare, or business process optimization.
