About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage senior decision-makersCXOs, Heads, and VPsin BFSI and Fintech sectors, initiating conversations and setting up high-value meetings to build a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Qualification
- Research and target potential accounts within BFSI & Fintech.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and cold calls.
- Use tools like Apollo, EazyLeadz, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Lusha, and prospecting databases for lead generation.
- Qualify leads based on BANT framework before handing over to the sales team.
- Personalized Outreach & Engagement
- Craft tailored messaging to address prospect pain points and business objectives.
- Continuously optimize messaging using AI tools like ChatGPT for enhanced personalization.
- Follow-up with prospects to nurture interest and maximize engagement.
- Collaboration & Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify pipeline gaps and improve lead generation tactics.
- Re-engage on-hold or cold accounts by reconnecting with existing prospects or identifying new decision-makers within organizations.
- Marketing Collaboration & Event Participation
- Support marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media marketing, and content creation using tools such as Canva and Freepik.
- Represent GreyLabs AI at industry events and networking meetups as required.
- Assist in developing sales enablement content including decks, outreach templates, and client go-live posters.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation for B2B SaaS, preferably in Indian BFSI & Fintech domain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging CXO-level prospects.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Freshworks), sales automation software, G Suite, and relevant sales tech.
- Willingness to travel as needed for events.
- Skilled in prompt engineering and utilizing ChatGPT.
- Self-motivated, quick learner with the drive to proactively enhance lead generation effectiveness.
