About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by qualifying leads. This role involves proactive outreach, engaging prospects, and scheduling product demos, playing a key role in driving the sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make cold calls and outbound outreach to potential customers
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and sales readiness
  • Engage prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
  • Book product demos for the sales team
  • Meet weekly targets for qualified leads and demo bookings
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the funnel
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion


Requirements

  • 02 years of experience in inside sales / SDR / BDR roles
  • Strong communication and cold-calling skills
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Ability to understand customer needs and qualify prospects effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • High energy, resilience, and sales mindset
