About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by qualifying leads. This role involves proactive outreach, engaging prospects, and scheduling product demos, playing a key role in driving the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls and outbound outreach to potential customers
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and sales readiness
- Engage prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Book product demos for the sales team
- Meet weekly targets for qualified leads and demo bookings
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the funnel
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in inside sales / SDR / BDR roles
- Strong communication and cold-calling skills
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Ability to understand customer needs and qualify prospects effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- High energy, resilience, and sales mindset
