Sales Development Representative (SDR) Full Time

Location: Bangalore (On-site Only)

Now, were looking for a high-energy full-time SDR who can own the entire sales funnel.

What Youll Do

This is not a support role.

This is a pipeline ownership role.

You will:

  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads
  • Conduct outbound calls and structured email outreach
  • Own the sales cycle from discovery demo follow-ups closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth demos and deal movement
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and sales tracking
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Take full accountability for revenue pipeline generation
