Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a product-led SaaS startup
- Prior experience owning revenue responsibility, not just lead generation
- Strong experience with email and LinkedIn outbound
- Comfortable having pricing, value, and commercial conversations
- Experience using HubSpot as a primary CRM
- Ability to think in terms of ICPs, buying intent, and deal momentum
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Bangalore-based (mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Own outbound motions end-to-end (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Bring qualified ICPs into demos
- Drive follow-ups, commercial discussions, pilots, and closures
- Be directly accountable for revenue generation
- Identify and target the right ICPs across outbound channels
- Run email, LinkedIn, and calling campaigns independently
- Ensure only qualified prospects enter the demo pipeline
- Continuously refine targeting and messaging based on results
- Own deals from first conversation through closure
- Drive post-demo follow-ups, objections, and decision-making
- Coordinate internally for demos, pilots, and solution alignment
- Take full responsibility for converting pipeline into revenue
- Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking in HubSpot
- Keep deal stages, notes, and next steps updated
- Use CRM data to identify gaps, drop-offs, and conversion levers
- Ensure forecasting and visibility for leadership
