Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a product-led SaaS startup
  • Prior experience owning revenue responsibility, not just lead generation
  • Strong experience with email and LinkedIn outbound
  • Comfortable having pricing, value, and commercial conversations
  • Experience using HubSpot as a primary CRM
  • Ability to think in terms of ICPs, buying intent, and deal momentum
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Bangalore-based (mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound motions end-to-end (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Bring qualified ICPs into demos
  • Drive follow-ups, commercial discussions, pilots, and closures
  • Be directly accountable for revenue generation
  • Identify and target the right ICPs across outbound channels
  • Run email, LinkedIn, and calling campaigns independently
  • Ensure only qualified prospects enter the demo pipeline
  • Continuously refine targeting and messaging based on results
  • Own deals from first conversation through closure
  • Drive post-demo follow-ups, objections, and decision-making
  • Coordinate internally for demos, pilots, and solution alignment
  • Take full responsibility for converting pipeline into revenue
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking in HubSpot
  • Keep deal stages, notes, and next steps updated
  • Use CRM data to identify gaps, drop-offs, and conversion levers
  • Ensure forecasting and visibility for leadership
