About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage and qualify inbound leads. This role is critical to ensuring that every inquiry is handled promptly and converted into qualified meetings for the sales team.

What Youll Do

Handle inbound leads from website forms, paid ads, emails, chat widgets, WhatsApp, and other channels

Call and respond to new inquiries promptly

Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team

Follow up consistently with warm leads

Update and manage lead stages in HubSpot CRM

Ensure no inbound lead goes unattended

Maintain high responsiveness and quick turnaround time on new lead notifications


What Were Looking For

01 year of inside sales / BDR experience (freshers with strong intent can apply)

Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

Comfortable making 4060 calls per day

Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency

Able to act immediately on new lead notifications

Organized and disciplined with CRM updates (HubSpot experience is a plus)

Self-motivated and target-oriented
