Were building the founding team for AccioMatrix {Our in-house built Assessment Platform}.

What youll do:

> Speak with founders and hiring teams to understand their hiring challenges

> Do thoughtful, research-based outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls (no spam)

> Track conversations, learnings, and pipeline in CRM

> Share real market feedback with product and growth teams

Who this role is for:

> Youre a self-starter and curious to learn sales & business development

> Youre comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport

> You like improving things using data and feedback

> Interested in SaaS, startups, B2B sales, AI or hiring tech

• Bonus if youre tech-inclined not mandatory
