About the Role

Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who brings curiosity, energy, and a consultative mindset to outbound sales.

Your mission is simple:

start meaningful conversations with brands , understand their influencer marketing needs, and create qualified opportunities for the closing team.

This is a foundational revenue role perfect for someone who wants to build a career in SaaS + creator economy sales.

What Youll Do Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Identify and engage potential brand partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and smart outbound
  • Research target accounts to understand brand needs, marketing goals, and decision-makers
  • Qualify leads using structured frameworks (budget, intent, readiness)
Sales Pipeline Building
  • Book high-quality meetings for Brand Growth Managers / Sales Leads
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate prospect data
  • Consistently hit weekly and monthly activity & qualification targets
Consultative Outreach
  • Use a problem-first approach, not hard pitching
  • Craft personalized outreach messages for different brand segments
  • Experiment with new messaging, formats, and channels to improve response rates
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams
  • Stay updated on Reelax features, use-cases, and success stories
  • Share on-ground feedback to improve pitch, positioning, and product adoption
What Were Looking For
  • Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Comfort with outbound sales and conversations with decision-makers
  • Familiarity with email prospecting tools and LinkedIn for B2B outreach
  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and improve every week
  • Self-driven mindset you own your numbers

Bonus (not mandatory):

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, marketing, or startup sales
  • Understanding of influencer marketing or digital marketing
