Sales Development Representative - Fresher || Location - Hyderabad


About the Role:


We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to actively seek new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and drive revenue growth through outbound sales efforts. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive sales conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand requirements and pitch Keka's offerings
  • Follow up on leads from marketing and outbound efforts to schedule sales demos
  • Maintain high activity levels while meeting quality and productivity metrics
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitors
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and pipeline efficiency
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs


Work Details:

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
  • Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
  • Location: Keka HR, Gachibowli, Hyderabad


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Please Note that the Compensation for the role will be 3.5-5 LPA CTC


Eligibility Criteria:

  • 0-1 Years Experience in Sales, Business Development (Fresher's are Welcome)
  • Strong communication skills
  • High zeal and strong interest in Sales
  • Prior sales internship experience is a plus
  • Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
