Role Description

Flipcarbon is looking for a driven and consultative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Bengaluru team. This role is critical to accelerating revenue growth by qualifying leads, building strong executive relationships, and generating high-quality pipeline opportunities.

The ideal candidate is confident engaging with founders and senior decision-makers, comfortable operating both digitally and on-ground, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Qualifying inbound leads generated through Meta Ads and digital campaigns
  • Conducting outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calls, and email outreach
  • Engaging CEOs, founders, and senior decision-makers using a consultative selling approach
  • Representing Flipcarbon at meetups, expos, and industry events
  • Supporting field visits and in-person prospect meetings when required
  • Generating, nurturing, and progressing qualified pipeline opportunities
  • Maintaining strong CRM hygiene and ensuring accurate sales reporting
  • Collaborating closely with the leadership team to support revenue growth initiatives


Education and Experience

  • 25 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or business development roles
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in speaking with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to HR, finance, consulting, SaaS, or professional services (preferred)
  • Proactive, articulate, and self-driven personality
  • Comfortable with both digital outreach and field engagement
