Role Overview:


Were looking for a full-throttle Sales Manager who can hunt, close, and grow SaaS customers, especially in NA, EMEA, ANZ, and DACH. You will own the sales cycle end-to-end and bring structure to the process.


What Youll Do


  • Identify, prospect, and close new SaaS customers (mid-market & enterprise).
  • Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
  • Run high-impact demos, negotiations, and account expansions.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline in HubSpot (and other sales tools) with accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product to sharpen positioning and win rates.
  • Last but not least, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.



What Were Looking For


  • 2+ years of proven SaaS sales experience with a strong record of achieving quotas.
  • Describe one specific initiative you drove to achieve success in outbound and that made you stand out.
  • Experience selling to SaaS companies - Europe/USA market experience is a big plus.
  • Infosec, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance/security sales experience is a huge plus.
  • Hands-on with HubSpot CRM and other modern sales tools.
  • Self-driven, competitive, and thrives in a remote, high-performance culture.
