DoneHai is looking for a sharp, hungry, and high-ownership Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build pipeline and create early momentum.
We are building an AI-first, mobile-first platform for businesses with field and distributed teams - helping them manage attendance, Field task execution, travel claims, and employee support in a much smarter way.
This role is for someone who enjoys outbound sales, knows how to start conversations, follows up with discipline, and wants to grow with an early-stage SaaS company.
What youll do
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, and WhatsApp
- Identify the right decision-makers and generate qualified leads
- Book demos and maintain strong follow-through
- Understand customer pain points and communicate DoneHais value clearly
- Work closely with the founder on outbound strategy, qualification, and pipeline building
What were looking for
- 13 years in SDR, inside sales, business development, or B2B sales
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confidence in cold outreach and lead qualification
- High energy, ownership, and persistence
- Startup mindset and willingness to learn fast
- Experience in SaaS, HRTech, field-force, NBFC, FMCG, or operations-led selling is a plus
