Location: Sohna Road, Gurgaon


We are looking for a highly driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in outbound outreach and cold calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and building a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting efforts.


This role is critical in driving new business opportunities and supporting the Account Executive team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and research potential decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, etc.)
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and convert them into sales-qualified meetings
  • Book discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Follow up consistently and nurture prospects through structured cadence
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign-based outreach
  • Meet andexceed monthly targets for meetings and pipeline generation


Required Skills & Experience


  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales / SDR / BDR role
  • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
  • Experience in B2B sales (technology/cybersecurity preferred)
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach
  • Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-up discipline
