Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, connect with, and qualify potential customers. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound leads
  • Understand customer pain points and position Chat360s solutions effectively
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline)
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting targets


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Ability to understand SaaS / tech products (training will be provided)
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
