Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, connect with, and qualify potential customers. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound leads
- Understand customer pain points and position Chat360s solutions effectively
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline)
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
- Ability to understand SaaS / tech products (training will be provided)
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
