Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role located in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads, managing inbound and outbound communication, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The role involves nurturing prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and aligning them with Chat360s solutions. Additionally, the candidate will actively participate in business development activities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs between departments.

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Communication and client engagement skills
  • Sales expertise with strong Business Development capabilities
  • Ability to identify customer needs and align solutions effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS domain is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills
