About the Role

The role of the Business Development Representative is to work with the Chargebee sales and partner team to actively identify, source and nurture leads for one of Chargebees new products- Reveal.


Key Responsibilities

  • Owning your outreach strategy, experimenting with creative approaches and engaging prospects across email, social, calls, events, and more.
  • Breaking into major accounts, learning how to sell upmarket and building relationships with some of the worlds best-known companies.
  • Quickly understand the value proposition of the product, experiment with copy and messaging in outreach with prospects
  • Growing your career with support, through a transparent path toward an Account Executive role, plus mentorship and real opportunities to develop quickly.

Collaborating across teams, sharing insights with sales, marketing, and leadership to sharpen strategies and drive success together.


Required Qualifications

  • A passion for sales and technology, ideally with an interest in billing and payments.
  • 1-4 years of experience in a business development or sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, GPT prompt skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to success


Technical Skills

  • CRM Experience (Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Sales engagement tools (salesloft/ outreach/apollo.io)
  • AI tools - Claud, Gemini, GPT, Grok
  • Enrichment tools- Lusha, Zoominfo
