- About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Mobisy, you will be the engine that drives high-quality conversations with the right accounts. Your role is to identify relevant target companies, engage mid-to-senior stakeholders, build strong context before meetings, and ensure opportunities move forward smoothly through the funnel. This role blends research, outreach, curiosity-building, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify target accounts and ICPs across regions, as per cohort
- Research accounts, stakeholders, industry challenges, financials, and recent developments.
- Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email outreach with persistence and intent
- Pick up and nurture leads engaging with marketing campaigns and ABM initiatives
- Run discovery conversations to understand pain points, priorities, and current systems
- Position Mobisys capabilities contextually based on the prospects challenges
- Align and secure clear next steps such as technical discovery, workshops, or introductions
- Document discussions through clear MOMs and maintain accurate funnel progression
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs

- What Youll Need
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management ability
- High ownership mindset with persistence and follow-through
- Comfort with cold outreach and discovery conversations
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot & Zoho preferred)
- 14 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales roles
- Nice to Have
- Experience working with large mid-market or Enterprise accounts
- Understanding of FMCG, Retail, or Distribution ecosystems
- Experience supporting technical discovery or solution demos
