Job Description
Title: Sales Development Representative
Experience: 0-4 years
Work mode: 5 days a week in office (Mon to Fri)
Shift: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (Evening shifts)
Salary - 6.5 LPA to 9 LPA
Please note that we do not provide cab facilities. However, for women employees, we have a separate arrangement to ensure their safety. They will log off from the office at 9 PM, commute home, and continue working from there until the end of their shift.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Articulating the value proposition and helping customers understand how our solutions can solve their business problems
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales team
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
- Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including those for outbound calls, meetings booked and conversion
Requirements:
- You should have at least 2+ years of client facing experience working with US and/or North American customers. Freshers are also welcome.
- You are OK working from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (night shift)
- Fluent in English
- Resilient with a strong desire to succeed; 100% cold calling means rejection is part of the job, and you need to bounce back
- Call, nurture, and schedule appointments with cold leads; keep pipeline organized
- You are coachable, open to feedback and mentorship
