Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development & Planning
    • Drive topline achievement across primary, secondary, and tertiary sales.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and ensure profitable growth.
    • Implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Channel & Distribution Management
    • Manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners to ensure availability and reach.
    • Identify and bridge coverage gaps through effective market mapping.
    • Build and sustain loyalty programs and engagement activities with channel partners.
  • Business Growth & Market Development
    • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop sales promotion plans, BTL activities, and trade marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collections & Commercial Control
    • Ensure efficient money circulation through timely collections.
    • Manage credit cycles and resolve overdue payments.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Territory Executives/Sales Officers.
    • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive team productivity
