Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Telecaller with hands-on experience in customer retention, abandoned cart recovery, and upselling for an ecommerce brand. The role involves converting warm leads and existing customers through proactive calling.

This position is ideal for someone who understands consumer psychology, objections, and urgency-based selling .


Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers who have abandoned carts and convert them into orders
  • Re-engage inactive or past customers for repeat purchases
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs
  • Address customer queries related to pricing, offers, and delivery
  • Coordinate with customer support for order and payment resolution
  • Maintain daily call logs, conversion data, and follow-ups
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets

Mandatory Requirements

  • 12 years experience in ecommerce sales / telecalling
  • Proven exposure to abandoned cart recovery & retention calling
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken)
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable with targets and incentive-based compensation
  • Experience with CRM, order panels, or Shopify preferred

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: 20,000 per month
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives on conversions
  • High upside for consistent closers
