Position: Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Kolkata

Location: Kolkata

SBU -STEEL

CTC: Up to 6 -10 LPA

Experience: 510 years (preferred)

Qualification : BSc/ BCom/ DE with min 8-10 years experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Support professional with experience in industrial / capital equipment sales support. The role involves end-to-end coordination from quotation to execution, along with strong MIS reporting and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales coordination from quotation preparation to order execution
• Prepare and manage bid submission in various portals
• Generate monthly and annual sales reports, project reports.
• Ensure effective communication with customers, partners, and foreign principals

Candidate Profile

• Experience in industrial sales support / customer coordination, preferably in capital equipment or industrial spares
• Companies supplying to Steel Mills / Power Plants / Industrial Projects preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

• Preference will be given to candidates from equipment suppliers / solution providers to Steel & Power sectors
