Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Cum Admissions Counselor located in Mumbai. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about courses and programs, answering inquiries, assisting with enrollment, and achieving sales targets for admissions. The individual will maintain engagement with potential students, follow up on leads, and develop strong customer relationships to contribute to the growth of Mumbai Music Institute.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students and their families
• Experience in Customer Service and ability to understand and address the needs and concerns of prospective students
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and a focus on achieving enrollment targets
• Knowledge or experience in the Education sector is a plus
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
