This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Sales - Corporate Training and Coaching Solutions position. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, including identifying potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, and driving engagement for corporate training programs. Key responsibilities also include fostering strong relationships with clients, overseeing the implementation of corporate training solutions, and ensuring seamless customer experience. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, understanding organizational needs, and achieving sales goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their requirements.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of Training and Corporate Solutions to provide tailored offerings that align with organizational goals.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and deliver impactful results.
• Relevant experience in corporate training or consulting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
