Job Description

·       Administrative Support: Managing schedules, filing documents, and preparing sales presentations and proposals. 

·       Order Processing and Data Management: Entering order information, maintaining accurate records, and updating customer databases. 

·       Communication: Answering customer inquiries, acting as a point of contact, and coordinating with other departments. 

·       Sales Process Support: Assisting the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and contract closing. 

·       Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring sales trends, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement. 

·       Collaboration: Working with other departments like marketing, customer service, and finance to optimize sales efforts.
