Role Overview:

The Retail Sales Coordinator will support the offline sales team in coordinating day-to-day activities, tracking sales performance, ensuring timely order processing, and facilitating smooth communication between the field team, distributors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with ASMs and sales executives across regions for daily updates and order tracking. Manage order processing, dispatch coordination, and dealer communication.
• Maintain sales data, target sheets, and performance reports.
• Support the team in onboarding new dealers and tracking secondary sales.
• Follow up with distributors for payments, reports, and inventory updates.
• Liaise with marketing, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely execution of activities. Prepare periodic MIS reports and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in sales coordination
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / MS Excel and comfortable with reporting tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Must know English and Hindi. Kannada will be a plus.
