Role Overview:

As a Sales Coordinator , you would provide administrative and logistical support to a companys sales team . You will be responsible for tasks such as managing customer databases , preparing sales reports , coordinating sales meetings , and ensuring the smooth execution of sales strategies .

You will not be involved in direct selling ; however, you play a vital role in supporting the sales teams efforts to achieve targets .


Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Support : Managing customer databases, preparing reports, and tracking sales data.
  • Sales Coordination : Setting up meetings, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Lead Management : Assisting with lead generation and nurturing potential clients.
  • Communication : Serving as a point of contact for both internal teams and external customers.
  • Sales Process Support : Ensuring that sales processes are followed and that sales goals are met.
  • Documentation & Analysis : Supporting the creation of proposals and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Qualification & Skills:

  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software : Experience using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales processes.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Capability to resolve issues arising during the sales process.
  • Customer Service Skills : Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
  • Follow-up Skills : Excellent with follow-ups, persuasive, and confident attitude.
  • Computer Skills : Basic computer skills for data entry and database management.
  • Experience Level : Fresher to 2 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or telecalling roles.
