Rewynd Snacks is a growing FMCG company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in manufacturing and distribution of high-quality snack products. We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team immediately.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing order processing, coordinating with distributors and internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The candidate should be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales team and distributors for order processing

Prepare sales orders, invoices, and dispatch details

Maintain daily sales reports and update MIS

Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch

Maintain customer database and sales records

Handle customer queries and provide necessary support

Assist in preparing sales targets and performance reports

Support marketing and promotional activities when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree (B.Com / BBA preferred)

Minimum 1 year experience in sales coordination or similar role (FMCG preferred)

Good knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot table and basic ERP

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Good organizational and multitasking ability

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Immediate joiners preferred
