Sales Coordinator

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate in related field.
• Minimum Experience required - 1 to 3 years in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role - preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & Word). Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is desirable.
• Understanding of sales processes, order management, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Should have excellent Email communication & Documentation Filing skills.
• Should have capability to work independently &ensure team output.
• Will be responsible for order booking, coordinationwith field sales, production, Dispatch.
• Able to coordination with Accounts for scheduling orders/deliveries/payments.
• Coordination & communication with customers.
