Job Description
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate in related field.
- Minimum Experience required - 1 to 3 years in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role - preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & Word). Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is desirable.
- Understanding of sales processes, order management, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Should have excellent Email communication & Documentation Filing skills.
- Should have capability to work independently &ensure team output.
- Will be responsible for order booking, coordinationwith field sales, production, Dispatch.
- Able to coordination with Accounts for scheduling orders/deliveries/payments.
- Coordination & communication with customers.
