This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Mumbai. The role involves daily communication and coordination with customers, managing sales operations, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Sales Coordinator will also provide support to the sales team, generate reports, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details.

• Skills in Sales Coordination and a proactive approach to managing sales processes
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective client and team interactions
• Experience in Sales and Sales Operations to support sales activities and achieve business goals
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in using sales-related software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields is preferred
