Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Coordinator based on-site in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communication, coordinating with customer for after sales activities and logistics correspondence, handling administrative duties related to sales processes. The role also involves maintaining updated records of sales data customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proven ability in Sales strategies and processes
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
