About the Role:

InBody India is looking for a versatile and proactive team member to join our Mumbai office as a Sales Coordinator. This is not a routine desk role limited to one responsibility. You will be the engine that supports the Sales Team across multiple touchpoints from handling lead follow-ups and quotation management to supporting payment coordination and meeting follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities (Multi-functional)

1. Sales Enablement & Admin Support

  • Quotation Management: Prepare and share official quotations/proformas immediately when requested by the Sales Team to ensure no deals are delayed.
  • Meeting Support: Attend Tier 2 Sales Team meetings, take detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and rigorously follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing tender documents, sales contracts, and internal approval forms.

2. Lead Management

  • SNS Lead Follow-up: Proactively make outbound calls to leads generated from social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Initial Inquiry Handling: Verify the client's interest and basic information before passing qualified leads to the Sales Managers.
  • Database Update: Keep the lead tracker updated with accurate call logs and status notes.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Data Management

  • AR Management: Maintain and update the Accounts Receivable (AR) sheet daily. coordinate with the sales team to follow up on pending payments.
  • Sales Tracking: Assist in updating the Sales Signal Board (Performance Score) and ensure sales team attendance and activity logs are accurate.

4. General Operational Support

  • Execute any ad-hoc tasks requested by the Management or Regional Sales Managers to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Bridge the communication gap between the Marketing, Sales, and Accounts teams.


Qualifications & Skills

Mindset (Most Important): A "Can-do" attitude. You must be willing to handle a mix of simple admin tasks and complex coordination without hesitation.

Experience: 13 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or General Operations.

Communication:

  • Strong verbal English skills are essential for making outbound calls to clients.
  • Good writing skills for drafting clear meeting minutes and emails.

Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel (maintaining AR sheets, filtering data) is required.

Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
