Client Support & Lead Management

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide timely, professional assistance.
  • Update and manage all leads shared by the Marketing team.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, follow-up details, and sales records.


Sales Coordination & Administration

  • Process and track daily sales leads to ensure timely responses.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange sales meetings, and prepare sales reports.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Clients to ensure smooth project delivery.


Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and construction/real-estate trends.
  • Share relevant information that helps the sales team during client discussions.


Requirements

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of sales processes and CRM/data entry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in sales coordination is an added advantage.
