Job Description
We are currently expanding our operations in Hyderabad and are looking for a highly organised and proactive sales coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process by ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and management.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, structured in approach, and capable of handling reporting, follow-ups, and communication efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.
Key responsibilities:
coordinate closely with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline movement
maintain accurate mis reports and sales performance data
schedule meetings, demos, and client interactions
assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and documentation
ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and management
monitor timelines and ensure timely task completion
maintain organised records of client interactions and sales activities
requirements:
strong verbal and written communication skills
good organisational and multitasking abilities
proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
ability to manage reporting and documentation independently
basic understanding of sales coordination processes
qualifications:
ug/pg in any discipline
Freshers with strong coordination skills may apply
experienced candidates preferred
immediate joiners preferred
Salary: negotiable based on experience.
