Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in AHMEDABAD, India. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations, managing customer relationships, and coordinating between sales teams and clients. The role includes maintaining sales records, assisting in the preparation of reports, and ensuring efficient communication across teams. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will handle inquiries, ensure smooth execution of sales processes, and provide excellent customer support.
Qualifications
- Experience 1-2 Yrs in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
