The selected candidate will be directly employed by the Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA) and will work from the Thane office location.

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will support the admissions and counseling team through structured candidate follow-ups, counseling coordination, CRM management, and admissions process execution.

This is an execution-focused coordination role centered on communication and admissions support. The position involves regular interaction with prospective students and requires strong organizational skills and comfort working within CRM systems and structured follow-up processes.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Follow-Ups (Primary Responsibility)

• Conduct daily follow-ups with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Track candidate engagement and move prospects through the admissions funnel.
• Address queries, clarify program-related information, and maintain consistent communication.

Video Counseling Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate video counseling sessions with prospective students.
• Explain program structure, eligibility criteria, timelines, and next steps.
• Coordinate with senior counselors for final admissions discussions when required.

CRM & Data Management

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, reminders, and outcomes within the CRM system.
• Ensure student data is updated in real time and properly organized.
• Set reminders and ensure timely follow-ups for all assigned leads.

Admissions Process Support

• Guide students through application and documentation steps.
• Coordinate enrollment processes, including fee updates and onboarding support.
• Act as a communication point of contact during the pre-admission stage.

Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain daily activity and follow-up reports.
• Share updates on lead status, including active, progressing, and converted candidates.
• Support admissions tracking and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech admissions, counseling coordination, inside sales, or similar support roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable handling calling-based follow-ups and virtual counseling coordination.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work from the office location in Thane.

Good to Have

• Experience working with professional training institutes or education organizations.
• Familiarity with Zoom or Google Meet for counseling coordination.
