About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Admissions Follow-Ups & Coordination to support our admissions and counseling team through structured candidate communication, follow-ups, and CRM-driven coordination.
This is an execution-focused role ideal for professionals who are comfortable handling daily student interactions, managing follow-up cycles, and ensuring smooth progression of candidates through the admissions process.
The role is full-time and on-site at our Thane office.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Follow-Ups (Primary Responsibility)
- Conduct daily follow-ups with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain consistent communication to move candidates through the admissions funnel.
- Address candidate queries and share accurate program-related information.
Counseling Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate video counseling sessions with prospective students.
- Communicate program structure, eligibility criteria, timelines, and next steps.
- Coordinate with senior counselors for advanced counseling discussions when required.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, reminders, and follow-up outcomes within CRM systems.
- Ensure student data is updated and properly organized.
- Track assigned leads and manage timely follow-up schedules.
Admissions Process Support
- Assist students with application and documentation steps.
- Coordinate enrollment-related communication and updates.
- Act as a communication point of contact during the pre-admission stage.
Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain daily activity and follow-up reports.
- Share updates on lead status, including active, progressing, and converted candidates.
- Support admissions tracking and reporting requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech admissions, counseling coordination, inside sales, or similar coordination roles.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with calling-based follow-ups and virtual counseling coordination.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work from the Thane office location.
Good to Have
- Experience working with training institutes or education organizations.
- Familiarity with Zoom or Google Meet for counseling coordination.
