About Role

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator for our Bengaluru (Electronic City) office . The role involves supporting sales operations, handling client communication, preparing quotations and billing, and coordinating with internal teams. The candidate must have strong English communication skills , be billing-ready , and be willing to travel for business requirements, including international travel to UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other regions when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and billing documents
• Handle client communication and follow-ups via email and phone
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery
• Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in international sales coordination when required
• Travel to UAE, Saudi Arabia, or other locations for sales or coordination activities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or diploma in any discipline
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Arabic language knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in billing, invoicing, and sales documentation (mandatory)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Ability to work from the Bengaluru (Electronic City) office
