Job Description
Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate with sales teams to process customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Maintaining Customer Master accounts in CRM and assigning Leads, deals and service tickets to respective engineers.
- Maintain sales records, track leads, and follow up on pending quotations.
- Support account management by maintaining updated customer databases in CRM.
- Liaise with customers to provide enquiry status, order status, and delivery schedules.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain organized records of sales orders, invoices, service tickets, and contracts.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports for management.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (sales, service, logistics, and procurement).
- Support in monitoring KPIs for sales operations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding sales queries.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address basic technical queries and escalate complex issues to engineers or managers.
Skills & Experience:
Qualifications we are looking for
- Graduate or bachelors degree or related discipline
- 2 - 4 years experience in Sales Coordination, customer relationship management tools and ticketing systems
- Ability to use Microsoft office tools
- Excellent attention to detail
