Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our India office based in Bandra, Mumbai . The role involves close coordination with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales orders from receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Liaise with manufacturing and logistics teams to track production schedules and shipment timelines
- Work closely with the sales team to support order management, documentation, and customer communication
- Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders (vendors, transporters, customers) to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor order status, resolve delays, and proactively escalate issues when required
- Maintain sales order records, reports, and coordination trackers
- Support invoicing, delivery documentation, and basic MIS reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive
- Strong coordination experience with manufacturing and logistics teams
- Excellent follow-up, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ready to work from the Mumbai (Bandra) office
