Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our India office based in Bandra, Mumbai . The role involves close coordination with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales orders from receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Liaise with manufacturing and logistics teams to track production schedules and shipment timelines
  • Work closely with the sales team to support order management, documentation, and customer communication
  • Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders (vendors, transporters, customers) to ensure on-time delivery
  • Monitor order status, resolve delays, and proactively escalate issues when required
  • Maintain sales order records, reports, and coordination trackers
  • Support invoicing, delivery documentation, and basic MIS reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive
  • Strong coordination experience with manufacturing and logistics teams
  • Excellent follow-up, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ready to work from the Mumbai (Bandra) office
