Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Noida, India. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in daily activities, managing communications with clients, coordinating sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires the preparation of sales reports and collaboration with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes.
Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination (B2B industrial and/or machine manufacturing; preferably in plastics auxiliary or related industry)
Job Description
- Preparing and processing quotations, offers, and order confirmations.
- Coordinating with the manufacturing/dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Raising and managing invoices; maintaining accurate sales documentation.
- Handling customer emails from inquiry follow-ups to post-order communication.
- Tracking order status and proactively updating customers.
- Maintaining CRM/ERP entries and sales MIS reports.
- Supporting the field sales team with back-end coordination
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and working within sales teams
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software, SAP and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong command over MS Excel/Office
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Previous experience in manufacturing or plastics industries would be advantageous
