Job Description
1.Responsible for the daily order processing, including but not limited to: order receiving, shipment, reconciliation and billing, payment collection and abnormal event processing, complete the closed-loop work from order receiving to payment collection.
2.Liaise with planning, production, warehousing and finance departments to follow up and reply customer delivery date, prepare documents and arrange shipment and transportation of goods, warn, feedback and deal with anomalies, ensure customer order delivery and information feedback in time.
3.Responsible for PLM/ORCALE/MES/EIP system daily processing and data maintenance
4.Responsible for the collection and filing of transportation and settlement documents, including but not limited to: E-WAYBILL, EINVOICE, LR, L/C settlement documents, etc
5.Supervise logistics transportation and distribution in real time and handle all kinds of anomalies timely, and maintain customer order ledger data
6.Assist to deal with the local constructive work of the department, including but not limited to: standardize the operation process, establish the management system, related department training, etc
