About the Role:

We are looking for smart, energetic field sales professionals to meet homeowners, do on-site demos, explain product benefits, and convert leads for our premium whole-house water filtration systems. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who enjoy B2C selling and want to build a long-term career in direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to demonstrate products and explain features
• Do basic site assessments and share installation requirements
• Follow up with leads, track lead status and close sales.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth installation
• Cover apartment activations, field events, and referral leads

Who Should Apply:

• 03 years experience in B2C sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• High energy, target-driven, and reliable
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
• Fluent in English and the local language

Preferred Background:

• Sales of home products, appliances, insurance, real estate, or telecom
• Experience in apartment activations or home demos
• Exposure to field-based or consultative selling
