Job Overview:
Varniya is seeking a passionate and experienced Diamond Jewellery Counsellor (DJC) to join our team. As a DJC you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, educating them about our lab-grown diamonds, and providing a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
Skillset:
- Customer Empathy: Understand customer's pain point and help find the right product that they would be happy with.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Varniya's lab-grown diamond jewellery, including their origins, unique features, and benefits over mined diamonds.
- Consultative Selling: Use your expertise to guide customers in selecting the perfect jewel.
- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective regular communication and follow-up.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets while consistently providing excellent service.
- Educational Webinars: Organize and participate in webinars, workshops and events to promote awareness and understanding of Varniya's grown diamonds.
Diamond Ring Consultation : Offer thoughtful, consultative guidance to help customers select the right jewellery from engagement rings to everyday pieces.
Sales:
o Build trust and rapport through honest conversations and expert knowledge of
diamonds, metals, and craftsmanship.
o Maintain deep knowledge of Varniyas product range, new arrivals, and
customization options.
o Drive sales by providing a premium, value-driven experience that encourages
repeat visits and referrals.
o Capture customer details, preferences, and feedback to help create lasting
relationships.
o Work collaboratively with store management and team members to meet
monthly and seasonal goals.
Maintenance:
o Ensure the showroom is always guest-ready clean, beautifully displayed, and
organized.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in jewellery sales, preferably with a premium jewellery brand.
- Fashion management or design education preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of diamond grading and gemology is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Willing to take on Sales goals

Remuneration is fixed + variable only, you can expect a base salary of Rs. 35k pm with very lucrative incentives.
