Sales Consultant-Photography/Sports Optics
Location: Hyderabad/ Mumbai
Reports To: BU Head
Role Type : Individual Contributor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product and Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the development and promotion of our products in the market. This role bridges product strategy with execution, aligning product development with go-to-market plans to maximize revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Lead in achieving Sales and expanding market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
Marketing Management
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events).
- Oversee content creation, branding, and communication strategies.
- Drive lead generation and conversion through various channels.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for marketing execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of product development cycles and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analysis.
- Open to Travel 15-20 days a month
