Role Summary

We are seeking a performance-driven Sales Consultant to accelerate enterprise business growth across SaaS, AI-led solutions, and the ServiceNow ecosystem. The role requires a strong hunter mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, build strategic customer relationships, and contribute to revenue expansion initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling technology solutions to enterprise clients and demonstrate strong consultative selling capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for SaaS, AI, and ServiceNow offerings.
  • Own and manage the complete sales lifecycle prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
  • Identify and engage enterprise accounts across target industries.
  • Build long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with pre-sales teams to create solution-driven proposals and presentations.
  • Develop account plans and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on demand-generation and GTM activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market positioning.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 57 years of experience in B2B enterprise technology sales.
  • Strong exposure to SaaS-based solution selling.
  • Experience in AI or digital transformation solution sales is highly preferred.
  • Mandatory experience in selling or positioning ServiceNow solutions/services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
